Indien zu Gast im Apples Restaurant

Nach dem großen Erfolg der indischen Woche im vergangenen Jahr, begrüßt Park Hyatt Hamburg Küchendirektor Andreas Bärenklau auch in diesem Herbst Gastköche aus Indien.
Vom 27. September bis 3. Oktober 2012 werden in diesem Jahr zwei indische Köche aus den Restaurants des weltbekannten Hotels Ashok in Neu-Delhi für die Gäste des Apples Restaurant authentische indische Spezialitäten zubereiten. Die Köche kochen nach Originalrezepten aus ihrer Heimat und lassen die Gäste ursprüngliche indische Küche genießen.
Die Speisen sind á la carte wählbar und werden auf Wunsch im Family Style serviert, so dass die Gäste die Möglichkeit haben, unterschiedliche Gerichte zu probieren und die Speisen miteinander zu teilen.
Die offene Showküche des Apples Restaurants ermöglicht es den Gästen, den Köchen bei der Zubereitung der Speisen zuzusehen.
Die indische Woche im Apples Restaurant wird in Kooperation mit dem Indischen Konsulat in Hamburg durchgeführt.

India at Apples Restaurant in Hamburg

After the great success of the Indian week last year, Executive Chef Andreas Bärenklau will once again welcome two guest chefs from India at Apples Restaurant this autumn.
From the 27th September until the 3rd October 2012 the two Indian chefs from the restaurants of the well-known hotel Ashok in New Dehli, will prepare authentic Indian specialties for the guests of Apples Restaurant. They will follow their original home country recipes and allow diners the chance to enjoy original Indian cuisine.
Meals will be selectable from the à la carte menu and if requested they will be served in a family style so the guests will be able to try different dishes and share the meals.
The open show kitchen of Apples Restaurant also enables the diners to watch the chefs preparing their dishes.

The Indian week in Apples Restaurant will be held in cooperation with the Indian consulate in Hamburg.

Ganesha Festival in Hamburg on 21st and 22nd of September 2012

The group Anivasi Bharathi is planning a Ganesha festival on coming weekend. On Friday, 21st Sept. there is a „Ganesha Palaki Utsav“, which would involve a procession in Harburg. Saturday will see a „Sarvajanik Ganesha Utsav“, a public Ganesha festival, in the Hindu Temple in the Billstrasse. On behalf of Anivasi Bharathi, Hamburg, Germany, once again, We invite you all for the 5th Anniversary  of Public Ganesha Festival – 2012, which is planned on Friday, 21st t and Saturday, 22nd  September 2012.

With reference to our previous mail, we are happy to inform you that we have received permission to hold the PALAKI Utsav of Lord Ganesha in Harburg Rathaus on the previous day (21st September 2012 evening).

Kooperationsbörse: Internationale Delegation aus den Bereichen Gesundheitswirtschaft, Medizintechnik und Biotechnologie in Hamburg

Vom 4. bis zum 30. November 2012 hält sich eine Delegation von Managern aus der Russischen Föderation, Indien, Vietnam, Usbekistan, Kirgisien und Weißrussland in Deutschland auf. Es handelt sich um insgesamt 20 Führungskräfte, die an dem Managerfortbildungsprogramm des Bundesministeriums für Wirtschaft und Technologie (BMWi) zwischen Deutschland und verschiedenen Ländern in Asien, Osteuropa und Nordafrika teilnehmen.

Das Programm ist ein Instrument der deutschen Außenwirtschaftsförderung. Unter dem Motto „Fit for Partnership“ bereitet es Führungskräfte aus insgesamt 14 Ländern auf die Geschäftsanbahnung und Wirtschaftskooperationen mit deutschen Unternehmen vor – mit Erfolg für beide Seiten. Als Generalmanager fungiert die Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. COGNOS International ist mit der Organisation und Durchführung des vierwöchigen Programms in Deutschland (Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Leipzig und Berlin) betraut.

Im Rahmen des Programms organisiert COGNOS International am 27. November 2012 eine Kooperationsbörse zwischen den Delegationsteilnehmern und interessierten deutschen Unternehmen.
